The Project consists of the demolition of the existing Econo foods building, enclosing the existing liquor store and building a new 37,086 SF police facility which includes offices, a police parking garage and DMV.

The Project consists of the construction of a one-story sprinklered 49,855 SF maintenance facility, including County and Public Works offices, repair bay, wash bay, and maintenance vehicle storage. The building includes two mezzanine areas and two separate un-sprinklered buildings: cold storage building – 7200 SF and salt shed – 3840 SF.

The Bid Opening for the Itasca County Government Center, Jail, and Courts Addition and Remodel project is scheduled for Thursday, May 13, 2021 at 2:00pm. The Project consists of demolition of existing buildings, construction of a new jail facility, government offices and courthouse addition to the adjacent existing county courthouse building. Bid Package 1 is for site demolition, earthwork, footings and foundation, precast, primary structure and elevators. The remaining scope will be bid separately at a later date.

Bid Opening for Redwood County New Justice Center project is scheduled for Thursday, September 17, 2020 at 2:00 pm! Please visit CGI Planroom to obtain free download of plan documents. Phased new construction of the Justice Center and addition on the existing LEC with a connecting underground tunnel.  New Justice Center is three levels with a steel stud exterior with two courtrooms. LEC addition is two level addition with precast exterior.

The new four story Wright County Government Center building will house various County departments including a driver's license center, board room, health and human services and land records.  When completed the building will be approximately 200,000 sf.
