The Bid Opening for the Itasca County Government Center, Jail, and Courts Addition and Remodel project is scheduled for Thursday, May 13, 2021 at 2:00pm. Please visit our CGI Planroom to obtain a free download of the plan documents. The Project consists of demolition of existing buildings, construction of a new jail facility, government offices and courthouse addition to the adjacent existing county courthouse building. Bid Package 1 is for site demolition, earthwork, footings and foundation, precast, primary structure and elevators. The remaining scope will be bid separately at a later date.
